Prop Paint

Just completed my bottom paint-now I look at my prop and wonder if i should coat it to pprotect against barnacles, etc.

Is it SS or Aluminum?

If it is SS, www.PropMD.com did my Volvo Duo props on their polish program....wow they look great. But I don't think that would keep the banacles off.
