Try to find the boat in Greece...Thessaloniki is very close to you and their market is very good, Try to buy it together with trailer and tow it back to Romania. This is the cheapest way. There are no taxes for boats only VAT. In Greece you buy with no VAT (make sure about this, because the boat is for export). Then in Romania you pay the VAT for used boat (check with custom in Romania)
