new here...i want to buy a boat
i'm from romania. my list of used boats to buy here is very short so i decided to buy one from france or other country. the problem is i do not know how i can bring it here in my country afterwards and what taxes there are...
can anyone tell me the cheapest way i can bring a boat here? and how much would that be..
i have not decided yet on what kind of boat i want so any advice is welcome. i have about 18000 euro...i want low consumption...space for 6-8 persons, good looking, and it must have sunlounge

Are there any boat or yacht brokers that you can talk to locally? Or maybe talk to a local yacht club and see if anyone there may have some advice?
Each country has different laws when it comes to importing and where it originates from can be a factor. Local brokers should have a good idea about this.
Also, you can contact companies that deliver yachts or shipping companies. They will quite often quote a price with all the duties, fees and paperwork included. You would need a good idea about what the vessel is and it's dimensions though.

Dear Mr/Mrs, I'm from Italy and I have to seel my Colombo Superindios 21.
This boat is for 8 persons with large sunlounge over the engine room. Is has been used only on Como lake, never on the sea, it is nice and in perfect conditions. Photos are available on www.boatshop24.com. The engine is an MCM 5000cc V8 228 Hp it works fine and it is very reliable. Since Romania is part of the EU community you don't have tax to pay just freights .
I ask for this boat 19.000€.
