Evinrude Rebuild

Hi folks
I have a 1968 Evinrude big twin 40 that has low compression so I'm planning on spending the winter doing a rebuild. I've found on ebay a manual for stripping and rebuilding it which is on it's way to me but what I am having diffculty with is finding online suppliers of older Evinrude parts such as gaskets, piston and ring sets, water pumps etc.
I'm a complete novice to outboards but I've rebulit plenty of bike engines in the past so I'm kinda banking on that to get me through the rebuild!
If anyone can help with a supplier of parts then I would be most grateful. And any help and advice on the rebuild would be gratefully received also!

Hi,

Just bought job lot of evinrude johnson bits.
Not listed them all yet, but if you send me your model no., I will have a look to see if I have any spares for that engine.
