Shamrock Quay is an excellent location being quite close to the centre of Southampton. There’s a chandlery onsite along with a lively bar, quite restaurant and any number of shops selling almost everything imaginable.
Toilets and showers are top notch and the staff super friendly. Thoroughly recommended!

People have told me that it is a very down to earth and friendly place to keep a boat too.

Personally, I have moored there for about five years now and there has been a marked improvement in the site over the last couple of years, staff are excellent and nothing is ever too much trouble. I used to berth at Kemps and have never regretted the move despite the slightly higher berthing prices as I believe you 'get what you pay for!'.
