I represent a group of investors owning 5berths in Marina Genova Aeroporto ranging from 16 m to 20 m.

We quote MGA recommended selling and rental prices (for instance 18 m € 280.000 + VAT). We are berth owners - so selling price is negotiable and depends on terms and conditions. More details upon request at alexei.polyakov@proprosperity.com

how can you own these when the whole marina is on a 43 year lease?
