We are offering for sale our 1/4 share in a Hunter Legend 326. She is a beautiful sailing yacht in virtually pristine condition, on offer at 13,000GBP, she is moored on a rented berth in Port Grimaud, - the little Venice of the French Riviera, in the Bay of St. Tropez and fully equipped for cruising The Mediterranean. She was purchased new mid 2003 and currently there are 3 other quarter shareholders each effectively entitled to 3 months usage of the boat, - being in the water all year round, there is ample time for everyone to secure usage throughout the year. Currently annual costs amount to a 1/4 share of the following: Mooring Rental at 2700 euros, Insurance at 840 euros and antifouling carried out every 18 months at about 800 euros. 1/4 of these costs are paid in staged payments throughout the year. Port Grimaud is easily reached by aeroplane from both Nice & Toulon/Hyeres airports, both of these being serviced by low cost airlines from many UK airports.
