Boat Storage South of france near Juan Les Pains

I am looking at buying a boat to use in the South of france in near and around Juan Les Pains the boat i would like is around 29'. I would like to dry store it when not in use and rent a mooring short term when i am there. Can anyone give me some advise or information on where i could have the boat stored when i am not there and how much it would cost for a 12 months period for the out of water storage. thanks johnathan
