I have recently sold my marina berth in Malta by using http://UltimateBerths.com it cost me about 60 pounds to list on the site but it was really worth it as I had a quote from a berth broker and they wanted to charge me 4% which was allot more than that!

Check out http://www.ultimateberths.com you can either sell it there or rent it out in the meantime.
