Living on board a boat


Best Livaboard Boat?

We are thinking of jacking it all in and buying a bar in a hot sunny Spanish resort on Gran Canaria

We want to buy a yacht as a live aboard but do not know which one would be best.

We like powerboats and sailing boats but powerboats are very costly to run. We were thinking of a Motor Sailor ketch or Sloop so we can still sale if times were hard and fuel got too expensive.

A classic boat would be considered but would have to be up for a voyage and also have aircon!

Any Ideas? have about £300,000 cash to spend!
