New marina in Bahamas

Hi all, I'm not sure if this is the correct place for a post about the Bahamas, if not can moderators please move, thanks. This may interest anyone looking for info about the southern out islands, especially people searching for a slip. We are originally from the UK, but we now live in the Bahamas.
We rent a place in Nassau and are building a house in the Stella Maris area of Long Island, in our experience Freeport and Nassau are OK, but, the "out islands" are the place to head for.
