Yacht Broker or Yacht Sales

I have been in the yachting industry for seven years. For five years I have been landbased, and for the last two I have been based in Falmouth, Cornwall,doing refits.
I have got previous sales experience, and know boats inside out.
I prefer to be based in Cornwall.
Does anybody know of any available positions in Yacht Brokerage around this area?

The independently operating Master Franchisor (MF) heads one of the franchise branches that
will soon be opened outside the Netherlands.

For the countries Belgium, Spain and Italy we would like to get in contact with interested potential MF’s.
With the help of MF’s, EYN will bring their system on the market in several European countries, in order to
acquire a strong(er) position against (traditionally operating) competitors. In the Netherlands it has been proven very clearly: Together you can stand strong. EYN branches outside the Netherlands will further strengthen this effect. You can now benefit and join the system!

More about the Master Franchisor (MF)

- What does a MF do?

A MF heads a local, independently operating EYN main office, that controls and supports its own local network
of EYN yachtbrokers. During the conversations with (candidate-)yachtbrokers, the MF presents the EYN formula and informs about turnover possibilities and expectations. Questions are being answered and discussed if necessary.
The aim is to sign franchise contracts that span several years.

If a candidate EYN yachtbroker shows interest in signing a franchise contract, you will resolve upon cooperation.
The MF will hand over a starting package to the franchisee and give them a standard EYN start-up training.

You assist your brokers and support them in the beginning with everyday business. You give support where needed and you’re always available for commercial issues and/or questions.

Shortly, we work ‘target-oriented’ to make the EYN yacht brokers become successful.

- What does EYN do for their MFs?

The MF receives several trainings a year. The trainings take place in the Netherlands at the main office, but can also be given on location. Each MF has access to the EYN intranet, where you will find all tools required for the acquisition of EYN yachtbrokers, as well as concrete items like franchise-, procurement-, and purchase contracts. EYN organises a yearly meeting for all MFs, which offer a critical retrospection as well as a strategic preview.
