Join a syndicate on a 1915 Gaff cutter
This boat is moored in the River Hamble, Hants, UK. A small syndicate owns it at present but sailing opportunities are few and far between because it takes at least 5 knowledgable people to sail her. We now want to increase the syndicate by over 50 people. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals or groups, experienced or novice to have the experience of owning and sailing a piece of British history. For more information, contact me at the address below.
Brief boat particulars:-
LOA 80ft. Gaff cutter of larch on oak weighing circa 38 tonnes. She was originally built as an East Coast fishing smack and converted in the 1980's. 11 berths in three cabins. Power 4.2 litre Ford diesel. Original rigging, very manual, a great challenge.
