I have a Jabsco manual toilet. When pumping out to the holding tank (not Full) I am feeling strong back pressure on the hand pump so I am petty sure that the discharge side is blocked. How do I unblock it ? or do I have to replace the whole disharge side of the sytsem ..phew I hope not !!

Unfortunately it's a pretty horrible job! It does sound like a blockage to me. The answer is to shut off the sea cock and find the blockage - its most probably a hose. Gloves are a must and you will probably need a mask! Be careful and have a soft wood plug to hand in case your seacock fails.

got a similar problem with a jabsco manual head! have bought some replacement standard hosing (3/4 and 11/2 inches diameter) incase the hoses have to be sacrificed. Assuming this is likely to be a tight fit, are there any tips on persuading the hose to fit over the toilet pipes?
