There is a company called the Antifoul removal company that a friend of mine has used, he said the results were good and I will probably use them next year. Hope this helps. He said he found them in the All at sea publication.

There service Quoted from their website:

Our Service
In view of the many environmental issues around today, we use a cleaning technique that only uses the earths natural elements . volcanic sand, fresh heated water, and low pressurised air.

It's called the Farrow System and we are licensed operators in the South of England. Based in Hampshire we are ideally located to cover the area from Poole to Brighton and up to London.

you may want to consider using a blasting company that specialises in blasting soda, its process is ACTUALLY 100% ENVIRONMENTALLY SAFE as it uses baking soda which is food industry safe unlike other other applications. Tiny particles of soda explode on impact of the surface being cleaned resulting in a non abrasive cleaning method unlike conventional slurry blasting and it cleans everything normal blasting methods can but with better and safer results and is really eviro-friendly!! check it out at www.soda-blast.co.uk i did its fantasic .
