I have an 18 foot Novamarine RIB that as a hard rubber bumper right above the water line. On one side the bumper was pulled off by getting caught on the dock. Does anyone know what materials and techniques I could use to "re-glue" the bumper to the inflatable part?

You can use a specialized Hypalon Glue, NRS sells a good 2 part glue, Or you can use Bostik 2402, another good adhesive.

The important thing is to find an adhesive that will stay pliable and stretchy, because a hradened glue will not allow the tubes to flex as they normally would.
