Designed in a forward layout, this charming Narrowboat offers an authentic Boatmans style cabin aft, an engine room housing an impressive Greaves Ruston Hornsby diesel engine. The masters cabin is found midships with a double bed, a walkthrough bathroom with a Thetford cassette toilet, a saloon with a freestanding sofa, a well-equipped galley and additional accommodation / storage can be found under the Tug bow deck.

Powered by a classic 1970 Greaves Ruston Hornsby 3-cylinder 46hp diesel engine with only 162 engine hours from new. Central heating is provided by a diesel fired Eberspacher system and Morso Squirrel multi fuel stove in the saloon. Hot water is supplied by central heating and engine calorifier. 240V & 12V electrics on board.

Last Blacked in July 2021, Hull Surveyed in July 2021, BSS valid to February 2028, Engine oil changed in February 2024.

Centre stern doors leads into a well-lit, ventilated and spacious cabin. A super feature of this Narrowboat is the traditional style Boatmans cabin decorated with and traditional canal art. This cabin offers plenty of storage for all essentials for life on the water, including a heated wardrobe to store ones wet gear.

Engine Room

The highly impressive Greaves Ruston Hornsby diesel engine provides the propulsion. Batteries, inverter, solar power monitor system, 12V distribution panel are all located in the engine room.

Masters Cabin

Located midships features a convertible masters cabin, the double bed can be arranged as a permanent bed with ample of space underneath for additional storage. Alternatively, this space can be used as a day cabin with the bed turning into a sofa arrangement. Full hight wardrobe with chest of draws, and an eye level cupboard where the Eberspacher control panel is found below.

Bathroom

A spacious walkthrough bathroom with a good-sized quadrant shower enclosure and a 240V extractor fan, a ceramic hand basin set in a vanity unit with a stainless-steel mixer tap and a mirrored cabinet above. A Thetford 12V electric flush cassette toilet.

Saloon

An open planned saloon with a free-standing three-seater sofa. This could be swapped for a sofa bed providing extra accommodation for two crew. A Morso Squirrel multi fuel stove on a tiled hearth is found to port. A port side hatch allows additional light and ventilation into the cabin, 12V TV, built in high level storage cupboards and chest of draws.

Alternatively, this area has wiring available to install a washing machine, as well as providing a huge space for storage.
