Sale because of serious illness. Price is very cheap because of own-construction. Boat is easily worth double! |

Description
own construction ketch The Dory II is a very sportive sailing boat. The hull built with oakwood-planks and deck and cabin-roof with one-inch-teak glued on waterproof plywood. Masts and booms are of aluminum. I have been sailing the Dory II for 30 years, more than 10 one-hand-sailing in the Aegaean Sea. Because of a serious illness I can not go sailing myself anymore. Sailing with the Dory II is good old hard sailing and a lot of fun! But the boat is not fit for family-coffee-sailing! For details see also www.doryzwei.de
Equipment
The Dory II is equipped with all neccessary accommodations for good sportive sailing but no luxury stuff. The upholstery needs renewall, but I did not want to do it myself, because I do not know the taste of the future owner. I am willing to lower the selling prize for the renewall-amount of the upholstery. It is no problem at all in Turkey to have new and very good upholstery made, fitting to any taste.
