CONSTRUCTIONBuilt in 1979/80. Round bilge steel construction with blue painted topsides and teak laid decks with white superstructure. 7 berths in 2 cabins plus saloon. Wheelhouse with opening doors, port and starboard, raised after deck with sun protection.

ENGINE:Twin Daf 105 hp inboard diesel engines (1979) with raw water cooling, 530 gallon fuel capacity with a consumption per hour of 8 litres per engine at a cruising speed of 6 to 7 knots. Her maximum speed under engines is 8 knots. Current engine hours 2945. Shaft drive to fixed 3 blade bronze propellers. Hydraulic bowthruster.

DOMESTIC EQUIPMENT:She has a diesel boiler with radiators supplying heating throughout the boat (needs attention). 240 volt ringmain with sockets. Her galley has a stainless steel Alpes gas cooker with 2 burners, oven and grill, stainless steel microwave, 2 refrigerators (one wemo and one Frigo), various pots, pans, cutlery and crockery, Bosch washing machine, grey and black water holding tanks, pressurised hot and cold water supply to sink from a 265 gallon stainless steel water tank (new 2008). Hot water is via electric water heater. She has 2 heads compartments, each with marine toilet and shower, upholstery is in a grey fleck velour with blue curtains and blue carpets.

ACCOMMODATION:She has 7 berths in 2 cabins and a saloon including 2 “V” berths in the separate forward cabin, her saloon dinette converts to a double berth and her large owner’s aft cabin has a double berth with ensuite heads. She also has a further single berth.

REMARKS:“Bacarelle” is UK owned and has been used for exploring the Greek Islands. Her last professional survey was in 2006. Her topsides were repainted in 2009. Engines are serviced each year. Overall she looks like an excellent live aboard cruising boat.
