Dufour 40
For Sale an immaculate Performance Dufour 40. This is the taller rig and deep lead keel version. With 3 double cabins and 2 heads she is ideal as a family cruising boat or club racer. Her specification is high and she has been privately owned and cruised since new and not raced. She has been priced to sell and we recommend an early viewing to avoid dissapointment.
General
A Dufour 40 Performance 3 Cabin 2 Heads version.
The interior is laid out about a large saloon areas with offset seating area to port, L-shaped galley and forward facing large chart table area to starboard. The main heads is situated aft of the chart table area. The forward cabin is large with good stowage in hanging cupboards and under bunk stowage and its own heads. The two aft double cabins are again large and offer good levels of stowage. The galley is well proportioned with a large top loading fridge and Eno gimballed cooker and oven. High and low level storage is offered. The engine is situated mid-line and accessible from both front and both sides.
The Hull is presented in standard white gelcoat finish with factory fitted decals. The deep lead keel and hung rudder. The Volvo Penta saildrive is connected to a 2 blade Volvo Penta folding propeller.
Deck, Rig & Electronics
The deck is covered with full teak deck extending into the cockpit. All Harken hardware. Harken adjustable backstay and Sparcraft 2 spreader mast,boom and rigid vang. Full performance spinnaker pole system and symmetrical spinnaker gear. All lines led aft to Spinlock clutches in the cockpit.
Sanders Sails Pentex Laminate performance cruising mainsail and furling genoa.
Raymarine RL70c plotter cockpit mounted, 2Kw Raydome mast mounted, ST60 Tridata, Graphic and Wind displays in cockpit.
ST6001 S2G autopilot fitted and at the chart table RL80C, ST60 Multi display and Furuno 300 Dual NAvtex and NMEA PC Interface. Ray 240E DSC VHF & cockpit Mic.
Factory installed Eberspacher heating is installed to all cabins and saloon controlled at the chart table.
Electrical & Additional
The boat is supported with a full 12v system supported by 3 100amphr batteries. The alternator on the engine is upgraded to a 120amphr generator. The boat is fitted with a 220v shore power system and battery charger
