This Gibsea 352 is taken out of the water each year. A 1/5 share entitles the owner to 5 weeks sailing between April and October, extra weeks by agreement. The monthly maintenance costs this year are 100 pounds sterling per share member. The price also includes a two week slot from the 20th September. Ownership agreement includes re-sale of shares.
