Grand Banks 49 Classic 49' Grand Banks 49 Classic. There has been no expense spared with the upkeep of 'Yellow Tomcat'. Professionally maintained throughout and recently having the following works carried out: teak decks re caulked and sanded, Window frames replaced, engines overhauled (Full service history), batteries replaced, bearings and stern gland replaced, new carpet, Navtex.... SLEEPS SIX GUESTS IN TWO CABINS PLUS CONVERTED DINING AREA Foward cabin with V-shaped double berth with drawers and wardrobe. This cabin has a head compartment to port with sink and toilet and a shower compartment to starboard. The galley and dining area are just aft of the forward cabin. The dining area comfortable seats six guests and can be converted to a double berth. Th U-shaped galley area has plenty of storage space and is fully equipped. The spacious upper saloon has a large L-shaped settee to starboard with two armchairs opposite. Forward of this is the helm seat and the bar with fridge. (Carpets replaced 06/07) Owners aft cabin with centreline Queen bed, desk, bookshelves, wardrobes and drawers.There is a direct access to the deck with a retractable staircase. En-suite head compartment with toilet, sink and separate shower stall. The forward and aft cabins are fully air conditioned. The upholstery is in cream with cream carpets and curtains (In fantastic condition and covered when boat not in use)
