The current owner has in the last four years conducted much upgrading of this boat rudder stock and bearing replaced, keel skid repaired with grp, hull sandblasted and found to be in excellent condition, topsides repainted, coachroof windows replaced with alloy framed opening type, cockpit lockers rebuilt, new cockpit awning and mainsail cover, sails reconditioned, new Morse control and new cabin ventilators. There will be a survey available shortly.
The Watson hull was based on the Scottish fishing boat design by G.L.Watson and has proved to be an excellent seakeeping shape. This example has a very large cockpit and good accommodation.

Mechanical Systems
Located under wheelhouse. Excellent access. Leyland Thorneycroft T90 marine diesel engine. 35 hp. Four cylinders. Fresh water cooled. Electric start. Shaft drive to three bladed fixed pitch propeller. Two 25 gallon stainless steel fuel tanks. Single lever engine controls. Full engine instrument panel inc two fuel gauges. The engine recently had new fuel and oil filters, fuel return pipe, heat exchanger, exhaust pipe and fuel lift pump fitted.





Alternator and solar panel charging to 2 x 12 volt batteries (one new). Voltmeter.
Sails & Spars
Masthead bermudan sloop rig. Gold anodised aluminium mast and boom by Sailspar. Stainless steel standing rigging. Terylene running rigging. Halyard winch on mast. Two bottom action sheet winches. Colnbrook headsail furling system. Roller reefing to mainsail.

Construction
Moulded by Colvic Craft and first registered in 1978. Blue painted grp hull with teak rubbing strakes. Long keel with encapsulated ballast. Small teak bowsprit for anchor stowage. White grp coachroof with blue treadmaster non skid decks. White painted wooden wheelhouse. Large semi enclosed wheelhouse. Pvc captains chair. Wheel and tiller steering. Four large cockpit lockers. Teak hand rails. Stainless steel rails, stanchions and guard wires. Gates in lifelines. Alloy framed windows throughout. 2008 survey.
