Description
Fountaine Pajot Lavezzi - MOTIVATED SELLER
The Lavezzi catamaran by Fountaine Pajot is a pleasure to sail and a comfortable cruiser. Her sail plan is generous with an upwind area of 90 m2. The genoa winches are laid out to keep the cockpit as clear as possible. As a result she can be maneuvered by one person with ease. This catamaran is a turn-key cruiser with available revenue to her new owners from charter bookings (as of end of February 2013 she has $28,000 in revenue). Her 4 cabin/2 head layout allows for best use of space for both charter and private ownership and she has been an excellent boat for her owner's part time use a few months out of the year. Now at the brink of retirement, sellers have chosen a larger boat for full-time livaboard and are waiting for your offer! Not your typical charter boat, "Skylark" is clean and beginning to enjoy a consistent clientele. She can remain in charter to enjoy the perfect getaway while offsetting the costs of ownership. Features: New B&G electronics (2013), air-conditioning, light and airy interior and galley up design. Inquire for video.
