Birchwoods of this generation are good boats, well built and have stood the test of time. The Classic original version with the aft cabin deck is a real bonus as others have said. The boat is ideal for cruising, to live aboard, or as a Home-from-Home in the sun and she has had only 2 owners from new, and has covered less than 4000 miles.
