Mechanical Systems
Petter AC1WM single cylinder, 6hp inboard diesel engine located under companionway in insulated compartment. Electric start. Single lever control. Seawater cooled. Shaft drive to fixed pitch propeller three bladed propeller. Cruising speed 4.5 knots. Top speed under power 5 knots. Fuel capacity 10 gallons in steel tank. The engine was rebuilt in 2007 and work included a new piston, starter motor and reconditioned alternator.



2 x 12 volt batteries (2005 & 2007) charging from engine alternator. 240 volt shore power facility with electricity lead.
Sails & Spars
Masthead rigged sloop. Silver anodised aluminium alloy mast , boom and spinnaker pole. Stainless steel standing rigging (2007). Terylene running rigging (2007). Spinnaker halyards. Slab reefing mainsail. Lazyjacks. Rotostay headsail furling system. Two genoa sheet winches. Two spinnaker sheet winches. Two halyard winches. Two control line winches. Lines led aft to cockpit.

Construction
Built in 1978 by Sadler Yachts Ltd to a design by David Sadler. Blue painted GRP hull with cavita line. Hull repainted in 1997. Alloy toe rail. Light blue painted GRP superstructure with nonslip deck surfaces (repainted in 2005). Cast iron shallow fin keel. Keel removed and rebedded in 1993. Tiller steering to transom/skeg hung rudder. Self draining cockpit with cockpit seating painted grey/white.
