Mechanical Systems
Located in each hull, two Ford 39hp four cylinder diesel engines (new 2002). Freshwater cooled via heat exchangers. Shaft drive to three bladed propellers. Deep Sea shaft seals. Single lever controls.
Alternators charging to 4 x 12/24 volt batteries. 240 volt shorepower system. Lombardini 9kVA diesel generator.
Sails & Spars
Cutter rigged. Anodised aluminium mast and boom by Hood Spars. Stainless steel standing rigging (2002). Hydraulic in-mast furling mainsail. Headsail furling systems on outer and inner forestays. Spinnaker pole. Andersen 40 halyard winch. Three Andersen 56 sheet winches.

Construction
Built in 1986 by Prout Catamarans to their own design. White GRP hulls with blue sheer stripe. Alloy toe rails. Teak rubbing strake. Aft self draining cockpit. Teak laid decks. Transom hung rudders. Wheel steering. The hull was epoxy treated below the waterline 2006.
