Mechanical Systems
Located abaft the companionway, Yanmar YSM8 single cylinder 9hp diesel engine. Electric start. Seawater cooled. Shaft drive to fixed pitch three bladed propeller. 6 gallons fuel capacity in stainless steel tank giving approxiamtely 150 mile range at 5.5 knots cruising speed. Maximum speed under power 6.5 knots. Single lever control. The engine was rebuilt by French Marine in 2004
Alternator charging to 2 x 12 volt batteries.
