Register with Boatshed to see 38 extra photos of this Javelin 30. This is a very rakish yacht, typical of the 1970s with a nice pointy bow and narrow stern. Once heeled over, she'll increase her water line length and be a demon upwind. Enter this yacht in your club race series and you'll be hard to beat. She is equipped for single or double handed sailing with the running rigging led aft to the cockpit. The interior is now in need of some tlc but once done, she will be a very decent and capable yacht. The bottom has been epoxy treated, so, there should be no hull problems. The topsides are painted, unsurprising for a boat of this age but they have been done well and not a DIY job. Definately worth a look if you are a first time buyer. Priced to sell.
