"Swept Away's Story"

Swept Away was born in Jacksonville, Florida in 1953. In the early 70's she was returned to the Huckins factory in Jacksonville where her hull and keel were refurbished then the ENTIRE HULL was wrapped in epoxy and fiberglass. In 2005 the ENTIRE DECK was done in west system epoxy (bi-axial glass)and her rub rail was replaced with white oak and a new toe rail was installed. You will find no separations and no blisters on Swept Away. Her glass work and paint is impeccable. Her bilges are clean and dry.
Additional floor supports were added for upgraded appliances and fixtures. All windows were custom made and installed in 2006 and NEW glass in all ports. EVERYTHING (and I do mean everything) has been engineered accessible. Secondary fuel tank (150 gal) is pumped to main tank through a Racor Filter. All manuals and schematics for systems are onboard. There is a very good spares inventory. A January, 2007 survey is available to any "seriously" interested party.
"Swept Away" was totally refitted from 2005 until the present. We have not bothered to mention everything that is new because almost everything is new or restored inside and out. Her "classic" looks belie her thoroughly comtemporary liveability. Do you have a yearning to return to the simplier life of yesteryear while enjoying modern conveniences; then take a look at this timeless classic beauty that has been completely restored. She would be perfect for a full-time live aboard or as a vacation home.
"Swept Away" is waiting for YOU to continue her story.
