Nautor Swan 47
This Swan 47 will be a dream come true for the right buyer, purchased by the present owner 4 months ago with the idea of re-fitting the boat for his own personal use, a change of heart because of time has left this vessel partly into re-fit.
The hull has been stripped back to glass ready for inspection, the upper hull has been re-sprayed, all sea cocks have been either replaced or serviced, a new Volvo 75hp engine and gear box have been purchased and can be supplied with the vessel at an additional cost of 14,000€.
We would recommend a re-wire and re-plum, the main issue on this vessel is the deck, lifting in places with screw heads through and corking out. We would recommend removal and replace or just removal depending on the next sailing ground. The remainder of the vessel is in good working order. All skills are available locally at good rates to complete this project. This is one of those boats that if you don't come and have a look you will kick yourself. She is very well priced, an easy project and fantastic S&S swan 47 waiting for you.

The aft cabin has a berth either side of the cockpit access, to port gives a single and to starboard a three quarter there is a large on suite with shower, sink and toilet to starboard and hanging lockers to port, going through the walk through takes you into the galley with large fridges, and ample storage. The main saloon has seating for 8 around the saloon table, a quarter berth to port and starboard, the chart table is adjacent to the galley and is a full size chart table. Forward from the saloon we have the heads to port additional lockers and storage to starboard, the fore peak has the capability to be a large sail locker with pull down berths as and when required.
Galley
The galley is a good working galley, the cooker requires replacing, and the fridge compressors are untested, replacement would be advised, general condition of wood and cupboards is good.

Electronics & Electrics
With the exception of a Victron battery charger that is untested, all electronics are old and would require replacement.
Deck
Please see photos, the deck is ready for a new one or to simply be removed, quotes can be obtained, all deck gear is in working order.
