Accommodation
Round seat with table, convertable to a double berth. The galley is placed to port and a cabinet for a TV and storage space is placed to starboard. here is also the entrance to the head with wash basin, toilet and shower. The central cabin with double berth is acessable from the port side of the entrance.
The cockpit is spacey and light and offers place to 8 adults. She has a little bar in the starboard edge with small sink and (uncooled) coolbox. The swim patforn with bathing ladder makes a comfortable swim possible.With hot&cold transom shower.
Galley
Pressurised water system with boiler on engine and shore power. Stainless steel sink. Kenyon 1 ring electric and alcohol burner. Origo microwave oven and Tundra refrigerator with small freezer compartment.

Description
Rinker Fiesta Vee 270
The Rinker Fiesta Vee 270 is a fine powerboat for cruising the Algarve waters. She is barely used (120 hours) and is very good maintained. The 300 hp Mercruiser gives the boat a good speed and the 15 hp Mercury outboard is in use as back-up. In 2005 a bow thruster has been installed to improve manoeuvring in marina's. She is ready for the new season with a new owner. She is sharply priced for a quick sale
