Sapphire Cat has four large double staterooms, each with its own en-suite vanity and sink. There are two separate head/shower compartments. The large bridge deck salon is 11' wide by 8' deep and has a dining/lounging area surrounded by a 15' U-shaped settee. Her rectangular hardwood table with foldout eaves and pull-out beverage cart will easily seat 8. There is a large chart table with hinged chart area and storage beneath. There is an extensive electrical distribution panel with room for 40-plus circuit breakers.

The salon has headroom of 6'1". The interior woodwork is all US wild Cherrywood. The interior has teak and holly cabin soles.

On the port side there is a custom galley with 3 burner stove, oven, 12 volt refrigerator and a custom 3-bin sink. There is extensive cabinet and cupboard storage and full galley equipment.
