Accommodations
The accommodation is bright and very well maintained, all cushions, lining and curtains are in great condition and the wood work all remains very nice. The Large aft double cabin consists of hanging compartment, mirror and a hatch to deck. The fwd double is in excellent condition again with an opening hatch and stowage underneith the bunk. The saloon area makes up the final double berth, the settee has an infill which makes a comfortable area for 2 to sleep. Saloon table folds down to give axtra space, storage behind port and starboard settee areas and 2 x goodman speakers.
Rigging
Kemp mast and boom with mainsheet traveler on transom, all lines lead aft to cockpit. Genoa tracks mouned on lower port and starboard decks, 2 x Barient 18 winches and 2 x Barient 12 winches, running rigging and s/s standard rigging. Spinnaker pole and sails included
Deck
The Grp deck seems in sound condition with built in non slip areas, s/s harness points, s/s guard wires and stanchions, s/s push and pull pits, anchor roller with anchor, chain and warp. Cockpit with 1 x very large deep locker, gas locker, tiller steering, folding ladder fixed on flat transom, removable grated teak decking on cockpit floor, engine controls, manual bilge pump, sprayhood track and canvas sprayhood which is well maintained.
Electronics/navigational
'Molly' benefits from Garmin GPS antenna, Icom VHF (IC-M601), Kenwood CD/Stereo, Navpod unit for radar/GPS, radar, radar reflector, battery management unit, switch panel, Autohelm speed and depth, Plastimo compass, shore power and batteries.
Galley
The galley consists of a Flarel Vanessa oven, grill and 2 burner hob, s/s sink with foot pumped water, deep cool box and storage all offered in good condition.
Heads
Large heads with a Jabasco sea toilet, pumped water to sink, light and hatch. The heads are in good condition.
