Ocean Link has a four cabin layout with the owners cabin forward to starboard featuring a private head (Lavac Zenith manual toilet).

The current owners have found the boat to be exactly the right size for the two of them living on board extensively and believe that she can be cruised in comfort with four on board.

The galley is located centrally in the starboard hull and the aft cabin to starboard has been converted to a workshop.

In the bridge deck saloon there is a large settee around a big table.
The chart table and the electrical panel with the radios is also located on the bridge deck.
Standing headroom on bridge deck is 1.9 m / 6¡¦2¡¨ maximum.
Forward to port is another double cabin which is the mirror of the owners cabin but without a head.
Centrally in the port hull is the bathroom with head (Jabsco 29090 manual toilet) and shower with hot and cold running water.
Port aft is another double cabin.
There is ample storage throughout.

The cockpit is spacious with a center line pedestal wheel steering and engine controls.
The hard dodger has been custom built at the request of the previous owners. The dodger has proven to be one of the most convenient features of the boat while underway. Keeping you dry and protected on watch in all conditions. The dodger has standing headroom of 2 m / 6¡¦5¡¨

Ocean Link is a Richard Woods designed blue water catamaran. This FLICA F4 is Yard built in Fiberglass by Palamos Boatbuild Ltd in Millbrook, Cornwall England. She was built for the owner of the yard in 1989. She is well built with solid fiberglass under the waterline and a pvc foam sandwich construction for the topsides and deck. The current owners are a Dutch couple who bought the boat in January 2006 and have sailed her across the Atlantic twice. Almost all equipment on board is less than two years old and she has been maintained meticulously. She was professionally spray painted (hulls & deck) in January 2008. At the same time most windows were replaced and a full round of routine maintenance was carried out on all systems. All maintenance records for the last two years are available. She is a very safe, comfortable and ready to go, live aboard blue water cruiser. The current owners are approaching the end of the time they have available for cruising. They will be cruising in the Northern part of the Caribbean until the 2nd week of May 2008 and plan to start their crossing back to Europe if a new owner is not found by then. She is available for immediate handover here in the Caribbean or in Europe by July 2008. European VAT is paid.
