Layout & Accommodations
On the main deck the accommodations are accessed by a wood and glass door entering the salon.

On starboard side is an L-shaped “La-z-boy” sofa with recliners, and a twin seater “La-z-boy” recliner opposite the sofa in the centre of the salon.

Bookshelves are aft.

On forward bulkhead is 42’ panasonic plasma tv with surround sound, sony 300 DVD player, CD player, sony amplifier, Seatel satellite TV system.

On port side is large Mexican sideboard.

Salon floor, master cabin and hallway are done in Portuguese tile.

Large bronze portlights throughout the accommodation.

Walls and ceiling are covered by fire-proof cement board

Forward of salon on port side is the galley with 5 burner stove and oven.

GE upright double door fridge/freezer.

Ewave wine fridge, microwave and GE chest freezer.

Floor is slate tile, surrounds of stove and fridge/freezer are beaten copper.

Large granite countertops running along port side with large sink.

Granite countertop along archway in aft bulkhead, with two stools.

Walls in galley are tiled.

On the starboard side is the head, with Whirlpool bath and slate tile surround,

Sealand head, granite countertop with sink, pebbled floor, walls are tiled.

Hallway leads up to master cabin, king size bed on port side with wooden paneling on walls.

Curved half size wardrobes run entire width of cabin along forward face.

Drawers in centre of wardrobe and on starboard side with shelves above.

On the starboard side of the hall is a half door to small cabin with bunk and drawers. Steps lead up to wheelhouse and down to hold


Wheelhouse
Portuguese cork flooring, pilot bunk with large drawers beneath, and shelves to port.

large chart table area forward beneath windows with large wheel amidships.

On port side is the helm with engine/steering controls and navigation equipment, on starboard is space for charts with two sets of drawers beneath.


Hold
Large open hold, contains huge wardrobe with mirrored doors, 2 king size beds, two sofas and table.

Cork flooring.

Under floor are water tanks.

Aft is a false bulkhead with door, between this and real bulkhead is the water heater to port, and the holding tank to starboard. Under floor is small void space with water tank valves.

Aft of the hold is the tool room with fuel tanks beneath. Plenty of shelving for tools and equipment.

Washing machine and dryer.

Aft of the tool room is the engine room

Wheelhouse has aft door which leads to top deck.

3 solid teak lounge chairs and 3 tables.

Aft of these is the 7 person Marquis hot tub.

Raymarine L760 combination Chartplotter with depth and GPS.

Twin air-start Detroit 12v71 naturals with twin disc 4.5:1 reduction gears. Gives 9-10 knots cruising speed at approx 1700rpm.

Twin detroit 3v71 30 kw generators and one next gen 30kw generator.

Shorepower: Twin 220 volt/50 amp cords

Power distributed to various 110 and 230 volt panels and equipment

Twin 230 volt air compressors with large air tank in engine room, and one standby Huksy 230 volt with 80 gal tank in tool room to run air system for engine starts, steering and controls.

Fuel transfer pump in engine room pumps from main tanks to day tank and can divert to on-deck discharge

Oil pump and waste oil tank located in engine room, plumbing runs to all engines bar Nextgen generator.

230 volt fire pump and bilge pump

Twin steering pumps and solenoids located in tool room steering controlled manually by wheel, chain and shaft to hydraulic pump, or electrically by autopilot/Wagner joy stick to hydraulic pump.

Fresh water powered by 230 volt pump with 2 accumulator tanks, hot water provided by 240 volt 50 gallon heater.

230 gal lube tank and 78 gal hydraulic oil tank in tool room

Holding tank with macerator pump and Centri-pro pump controls recently installed.

Twin 5 ton airconditioner units mounted on top deck with heat.

Large 230 volt windlass with deck locker for chain. 450lb Danforth with 3/4” galvanised chain
