Maurice Griffiths Tidewater 30 Cutter Tidewitch is a Maurice Griffiths Tidewater 30 Bermudan Cutter beautifully built by Norman Goodwin of Walton on the Naze and launched in 1986. She is carvel construction, Iroko on steamed Oak and laminated Iroko frames. Decks are marine ply sheathed with epoxy/glass cloth. She has a long iron keel and twin bilge plates enabling her to sit level on a hard sand bottom.
She offers 4 1/2 berths in two cabins, has a separate heads and a useful galley and chart table. She has pressurised hot and cold water to galley and heads and an Eberspacher diesel powered hot air heater.
Mechanical propulsion is by Yanmar 2QM20, 20hp diesel.
