Accommodations
The accommodation comprises of 4 berths, a fwd double cabin and 2 single berths in the saloon area. The saloon has a large table which folds each side to leave more space through the saloon, removable chart table, hanging locker. Upholstery throughout the boat is OK but may require changing at some point, the head lining does need replacing.
Rigging
The twin mast cat rig, which is decked stepped and requires not stays. The running rigging needs replacing and the sails would benefit from a valet. Cat Ketch rig - comments by designer Garry Hoyt - "The proven cat ketch rig divides the sail area into easily manageable units and, since there is not jib to hassle, tacking is just a matter of turning the wheel. You can hoist, reef or douse either sail - all from the cockpit within 30 seconds. Downwind just wing a sail out on each side for powerful balanced drive. The carbon fiber spars are four times stronger than aluminum."
Deck
The deck seems in structurally good condition along with the s/s stanchions and guard wire, electric anchor windlass, anchor & chain.
Electronics
The boats equipment has not been tested but is equipped with the following:

Galley
The galley which is positioned just on the port side as you enter the boat is equipped with a deep cool box, stove with grill and 2 x burner. The stove is fed by gas which is stored in a 2 bottle locker in the cockpit.
Cockpit/hull
The flat transom with boarding ladder leads to the cockpits steering binnacle with wheel steering and compass. 2 large lockers and small gas locker, the non slip on the cocpit seats needs replacing.
The Hull benefits from copperbot coating and a centre plate.
