This Yacht was built in 1970 in Germany, as a present to the USA Navy Academy. She was built from the best available materials like Corten black Stainless Steel for the Hull and she was designed to sail perfectly with features like Lifting keel, second steering station at the aft, etc.
In 1990 an Owner of some very big Ship Building business bought the Yacht and made a US$ 3,000,000 works on her in order to make her a First Class pleasure Sailing Yacht with all the facilities to sail comfortably, have guests on board, use her as an office in long sailing trips, etc.
Since then, the Yacht has always a professional crew on board, they are keeping her in top condition from all aspects - maintenance as well as having the very best navigational gear and equipments. The owner wants to sell this Yacht and he is looking for a smaller yacht - a 65 foot Swan, so if you happen to have one, it can make this deal even better since he will consider very seriously a Trade-in deal.
