The Saga 36 is a well regarded blue water cruiser. With her canoe stern, long keel and heavy displacement, the Saga 36 offers exceptional seaworthiness combined with a good sailing performance. When surveyed in 2009 the surveyor said that she was found to be a stoutly-built cruising yacht of traditional design and is considered in very good condition for her age. No significant defects of any kind were noted.
