SEAQUENCE is a classic Italian build from the Admiral Shipyard in Lavigna. She has been extremely well maintained and upgraded at all times by her attentive owner and crew. This is quite obviously ratified by her MCA and ABS classification. She incorporates many original features that make her unique among the brand and size of this yacht. The interior decoration, by Frederic Mechiche, combines light oak and custom made leather furniture to give the feeling of a very spacious yacht. She has deck space second to none for a yacht of this size with an expansive flybridge designed by Terence Disdale. Her five well appointed cabins and fully upgraded professional galley make her an ideal and versatile motoryacht for family and or charter.

Accomodation
The master is a spacious full beam cabin with a king size bed, a leather settee, writing desk and full entertainment center (Sony TV, Panasonic DVD/Video , Nokia satelite and Yamaha Cinemastation). All the mod cons, climate control, controllable light settings. Plenty of cupboard and drawer space. Leading to the W.C. there is a large walk in closet with full length mirror, plenty of hanging room and a safe. The W.C. has a toilet, bidet and shower. There is a sizable double sink and ample mirror and cupboard space.


There are two identical double guest cabins midships. They have queen size beds with a bedside table, drinks holders, telephone, CD/radio stereo. A reasonable sized cupboard, plenty of additional cupboard space and drawers.
The W.C.'s are well appointed with a shower, a large sink, toilet and bidet, with ample storage and mirror space.

There are two identical twin rooms that incorporate the same features as the doubles.

The crew accomodtion comprises 2 cabins forward in the bow with ensuite W.C. and one cabin aft of the engine room with twin bunk and ensuite W.C.

Galley
Aft of the bridge with access to the deck starboard and to the saloon through the bridge one finds a new, well maintained professional galley. There is plenty of food preparation surface, a large inbuilt fridge containing 4 separate cupboards, a Gaggenan cooker, 4 hob gas stove with central griddle, a u-line ice maker, Miéle dishwasher and a large sink. Naturally, also included is a ample storage space.
