Sleeps 7 in 3 cabins plus 1 in saloon and 1 in nav berth. The stern cockpit is the control station. The steering column has built-in navigation aids, VHF-radio station, ship controls and engine controls, autopilot and control panel of bow thrusters. Sails are controlled from the cockpit. The cockpit has deck shower with hot and cold water. There is also an RIB inflatable boat for 5 passengers and outboard motor. The deck and the cockpits are covered with teakwood. The yacht hull and superstructure is coated with AWL GRIP paint and lacquer. The yacht is equipped with Bow thrusters and SQR anchor with windlass. She has power-hydraulic steering control and SPW Varyprop screw propeller. The engine has ZF marine Morse remote electrical control, allowing extremely accurate control over engine speed and shaft rotation direction. The engine room is equipped with main engine local manual control with monitoring devices. The fuel tank is over 2 MT capacity, with a range of over 1000 nautical miles with both the engine and generator running. Freshwater reserve is around 1.3 MT. The heads have electric toilet bowls with built-in macerators. Sewage water coming from heads and galley is collected in holding tanks with the option of open water discharge or onshore pump out. The hull interior and premises are coated with soundproofing and thermal insulation. Hatches are manufactured by Lewmar. Yacht power supply is 24V and 220V. The engine room has main Yanmar engine, Fisher Panda diesel generator with automatic regulation of revolutions depending on load, batteries, fire fighting and draining system.
To starboard of the stern cockpit exit is a spacious navigational cabin with a sleeping berth. The navigational post is equipped with navigation aids, satellite communication system and internet, fax, computer which process all data coming from the aids. Navigation and radio equipment are Furuno and Raymarine; radar station has 4kW antenna. The navigational cabin also has pantry, navigation lights and illumination control panel. The main distribution panel is located in the diesel generator room. On starboard forward of the nav station is the spacious owner cabin, which has a double berth, a table and private head.
To port of the stern cockpit exit is a double cabin with ensuite head. Forward of this cabin in the central part of the yacht on the port side is a spacious saloon with table seating for eight and is equipped with audio and video equipment. The saloon has the exit to the second passenger cockpit. Opposite to the saloon is the galley with electric oven, sink, and a 240L refrigerator with a freezer. The galley has all necessary equipment for cooking and warming-up.
Forward of the saloon to port is a second guest cabin with double-decker sleeping berths. Opposite to starboard is a head with shower. All cabins are equipped with intercom and personal air conditioning and heat in the same unit. The yacht interior is finished with precious wood and the sofas are upholstered with natural leather. Each head is trimmed in Italian tile.
In the bow is the crew cabin with private head and exit to the deck via evacuation hatch. The yacht is built TURNKEY and is equipped with all necessary equipment and supplies.

LIMAN Steel Sailboat
This class A yacht is being built under supervision of Bureau Veritas, meets CE-certification requirements, and is intended for unlimited navigation area. She has a range of over 1000 nautical miles with both engine and generator running. This yacht is being built as a charter yacht, thus she is equipped with a second cockpit with separate entrance. Features will include full controls in the stern cockpit, Bermuda sloop rig with lazy jack system, generator, autopilot, bow thruster, windlass, Varyprop, RIB inflatable and outboard, satellite communication system, soundproofing and thermal insulation. The hull has been completely treated with AWL-filler and this June is scheduled to be painted with AWL-topcoat, in red, and all mooring and anchoring equipment will be installed. She is currently at 75 percent completion awaiting final details from the new owner, and will be completed TURNKEY in approximately seven months including life saving, radio & navigational equipment and sails.

This June the hull is scheduled to be painted with AWL-topcoat, and all mooring and anchoring equipment will be installed. At this point, the yacht will be ready to launch and may be purchased with minimum equipment as follows:
one diesel tank, one fresh water tank, one toilet, two beds, pump, installed mooring and anchoring equipment, navigation lights, small electrical panel, 2 battery banks, hull with topcoat, installed and working engine, bow thruster, helm's hydraulic and installed mast without sail's equipment and without sails. Thus, the boat would be ready to sail to any shipyard for completion of interior work and for installing equipment.
