Vessel Walkthrough:
Entering the salon from the aft deck you are immediately impressed with the spacious, wide body configuration. The Salon has a contemporary motif, new furnishings, and new carpeting throughout the boat. Formal dining area with new dinette table and chairs provides seating for 6, full bulkhead mirror gives ambiance to this area. Light pickled white oak joinery and elegant etched glass compliment this layout. Starboard side stairs- one leading aft to master stateroom and one to bridge area.

Moving forward from salon area is the galley with beautiful high gloss hardwood flooring, 8 foot ceilings, and a large pantry. The galley is equipped for demanding gourmet cooking and includes corian counter tops. Settee dining for six to starboard makes this galley very spacious. Forward of galley, center line helm station with entry door to starboard and stairs leading forward.

Four stateroom layout, full beam master stateroom aft, king size bed with his & her head . Forward VIP stateroom with queen size bed and en suite head. Two twin guest staterooms with 2 twin size bunks in each cabin, abundance of storage, also with en suite heads.



Galley:
High gloss white oak floor brings richness to the galley. This well-equipped galley allows a chef to serve gourmet meals. With an island 4 burner cook top and oven, brushed stainless steel refrigerator, dinette for 6 to starboard with storage under seating, makes this is a great galley layout. Corian countertops on island and L shape sink area with bench seat forward port. The 8'6' ceiling makes this galley very spacious and open, with 10 cabinets and 7 drawers it provides abundant storage.

Salon:
Entering through the sliding glass door into the salon you feel the openness of this exquisite yacht which maximizes the use of space throughout. The light (pickled) white oak interior incorporated in this modern design gives this yacht style. New sectional sofa with new carpet throughout enhances the elegance. New formal dining room table and chairs with full length mirrored bulkhead sets off the dining area. Eight Inset lights over table. To starboard is a 42" plasma TV with dvd player and stereo, storage cabinets. Curved stairway leading aft to the master cabin and access to engine room. Forward to starboard you have china cabinet, refrigerator, and freezer with stairway leading up to bridge deck. Table lamps and the 13 indirect lights in overhead give the salon a warm feeling.



Master Stateroom:
From salon starboard side you have a curved stairway that leads to aft master stateroom. Entering master stateroom you feel the full 19' beam master stateroom , King size center line bed with mirrored head board and sconce lighting. 8 drawer dresser to starboard, the bottom 4 drawers are built-in wine racks, vanity / disks at forward end with cabinet above desk. To port two cabinets at each end with plush love seat sofa. Forward bulk head you have a full standing cedar line hanging locker, lots of space with built in owner safe. 36" plasma TV for total entertainment and new carpet.

Master Head:
You will not find a bigger his and hers head on any boat this size. Head lay out with rounded mirror with 10 indirect lights around mirror is very contemporary. The black corian counter tops with scalloped sink gold swan style faucet. Large elevated tub and shower, etched glass partition to keep spray down, swan style to keep with bathroom design, and abundant cabinet storage.



VIP Stateroom:
VIP guest stateroom is located at forward end of lower deck. It features a centerline queen size berth with white oak wood frame and a mirrored headboard with two sconce lights. Four opening ports and two deck hatch over head for ventilation. LCD 15" TV with DVD and Direct TV. Stereo system with CD player. Hanging lockers, 6 drawers with ample storage. Under queen island style bed is a storage area that is overwhelming in size. Two doors, one leading to hallway and one to en suite head and shower. A large bath with stall and shower is en suite with corian counter tops. Exiting VIP on starboard side you have stackable over & under type washer and dryer in closet. Down two steps to twin guest staterooms.

Port and starboard guest staterooms are mirrors of each other. Located aft of the VIP lower forward level. The guest staterooms feature twin berths separated by walkway to en suite bath. Bath with generous size stall shower with coreon counter tops. Cedar-lined hanging locker and 6 drawers under each bed makes these cabins very accommodating.

Pilothouse:
Forward of galley area is the pilothouse with full center line helm station. Electronics are mounted on counsel and are thoughtfully placed within easy reach and sight of helmsman. D.C panel to the starboard of helm. Settee to starboard aft of helm allows guest to be seated at lower area. Stairwell to starboard leading down to VIP and guest staterooms. Side door to starboard leads out to starboard deck.

Aft Deck:
Aft Teak deck with three chairs and table. Port and Starboard boarding gate.
Covered stainless steel stairway leading to bridge area on the starboard side. The side deck is open to go forward with port & starboard stairs and leading aft to swim platform, stainless steel hand rails. Open swim platform with easy access for dingy boarding. Opening hatch in swim platform gives you access to a full beam storage area and access to rudders. Four overhead lights at table area and indirect lighting at stairs to swim platform. Two stern flood lights with stereo speaker in overhead. Hot and cold shower located at port stairs.



Foredeck:
Boarding gate to starboard forward gives you access to foredeck, door forward starboard brings you into lower helm and galley area. Non-skid deck with deck locker forward, stainless steel hand rails. Sun pad on centerline forward of cabin house. Lewmar windless 300' of chain and 100 Lb Bruce anchor. Fresh water wash down on foredeck. Power connection at bow with two 50 amp shore cords on bow with one Glendinning 50 amp to starboard.



Fly Bridge/ Bridge Deck:
The flybridge is accessed by means of an interior 8 step curved stairway to starboard or 8 step curved stainless steel staircase from aft deck. Center line helm station with ice maker to port of helm. Bridge area on "5 O'clock Somewhere" is very open space one of nice's' bridges for entertaining Installed into the port side of bridge deck is a U-shape couch with decorative cushions, beneath is storage with low style table. Complete covers for Helm, Helm chair, couch area, table, BBQ grill and cabinet. To starboard is a Stainless steel Lynx BBQ grill and cabinet. Bimini covers U- shape seating BBQ and helm area.
The aft boat deck contains 1200 LB. crane on port side. A 14' Rendova inflatable 1997 Honda 40 hp w / center counsel. No-skid deck with Stainless steel railing and elaborate radar arch, marquipt 7 step ladder stores to port, exit starboard to aft deck area.
