Accommodation
The accommodation is very spacious with plenty of light. In the starboard leg there is a front cabin with two large 1 person berths. In the middle is the galley with the wet side at port and the cooking side at starboard. The aft cabin contains a double berth. In the port side is a head with bath/shower, sink and toilet, then the navigation centre and, in the back, another cabin with double berth. On the platform is a good-sized saloon and cockpit with swim platform.

Prout 38
If you are looking for a nice, roomy catamaran that's ready to sail to far horizons then you can stop searching and take a good look to this magnificent boat. She was completely overhauled in 2002 and she is in absolute mint condition. Work completed included new rigging, sandblasting and epoxy painted mast and boom, new interior and upholstery, inverter, Volvo Penta three bladed folding propellers, alternators, refrigerator, microwave-oven, Bimini, cushions for cockpit and swim platform. It was completely rewired, both engines overhauled, furling system and windlass overhauled, complete epoxy repaint of hull and below waterline, windows replaced etc. All relevant certificates and receipts are with the boat documents, including a survey report from 2006. She is CE A classified, British registered and VAT paid.
