Laurinkoster
The Laurinkoster is a famous ocean-going cruiser designed by Arvid Laurin and built by AB Trelleborgplast in Malmo Sweden. They are built to survive the nastiest elements and there is an active owners club. www.laurinkoster.just.nu they can provide you for more information if you want. This boat proved itself under the previous name: Iron Overload, to cross the Atlantic Ocean without any problems. It is renamed in Rebel by the current owner. It was subject to general re-fit so it is in ready-to-go condition. It currently has no registration but is Dutch owned. It is provable that the vessel was in the EU at the counting date for the VAT so It is deemed to be VAT paid. She just had her annual maintenance and now she is back in the water in Marina de Lagos.

The complete electric system is rewired in 2002 using the best materials from Mastervolt including extended status panel.all deck, navigation and interior lights were replaced.

The stainless steel fuel tanks ane newly placed in 2005.- 65 L main tank and 15 L day tank.
The watertank is a 100 L PE rigid tank new placed in 2002.
The hull below the waterline had an Osmosis treatment in 2005. The hull and superstructure were painted in 2005. The Aries windvane steering is newly placed in 2005. All deck gear and boom are renewed 2005.
The engine is rebuilt, a Pür watermaker (4.5L/h) is placed, Standing and running rigging is renewed and it had a new jib, storm jib and sprayhood all in 2002.
