Schionning Wilderness 1620
When you are at the point building a new catamaran for your ultimate dream, a journey around the world but you don't want to wait until it is finished, have a look at the pictures of this Beauty. She is absolute in pristine condition and ready to go. The boat is specially designed for the tropics. This means a very good insulation for the upper decks and no hatches fitted to the decks. The saloon headlining consists of a special heat reflecting material and all the saloon windows have attached a special 3M heat reflecting foil. The present owners had her built in Australia and sailed her back to Europe. She is currently registered in Panama but will be registered in Gibraltar in an offshore company. The vessel will be offered including the company.
Electronics/Electrics
10x Trojan 6V batteries 230 V shore power with Sterling 50A charger, Sterling 3500 W inverter and a 300 W portable one. The batteries will be charged by the engine alternators an 6x 60 W solar panels fitted to the coach roof. Deck & Rigging
Deck and hull are constructed from Duflex ( Balsa Epoxy, West system)Completely insulated. All the deck hardware is Ronstan/Fredriksen. The winches are Anderson: 2x 46ST double speed and 3x 62ST double speed. Aluminum mast and boom 19.5 and 7 m, Main sail: 100 m2 Carbon/Spectra fully battened with yjack system. Profurl rolreefs for jib and genoa. Self tacking jib: 40 m2. All first time in use September 2004
