Renegade 55
The Renegade 55 is a magnificent long distance cruiser. Everything you need for a journey over the 7 Seas is on board. She is in an excellent condition and had a major refit in 2004. Her complete rig is from 2005. All her sails are from 2003. The complete hull is repainted so she is as good as new. With her fuel capacity of 1200 L, Water 675 L and a water maker that makes 72 l/h and an enormous freezer and refrigerator she gives you the possibility for extended cruises. She is British Part One registered. Additional Equipment: Staysail (2000), Cruising Chute (1996 3x used), Storm jib (1996 2x used), High Cut Yankee, Try sail. The Decks are equipped with Winches: All lewmar Double speed self tailing. 4x 54 for halyards spinnaker, Genoa and staysail. Main reefing, downhaul and outhaul fitted out with 14. Ground Tackle: Anchors: 1x Bruce 35 kg with 120 m 1/2" chain, 2x CQR 65 LB, 100 m warp, Lewmar electric windlass, 14 fenders, 8 warps.

The well kept interior is fitted out in teak. The fore cabin contains a double to port and lots of storage room to starboard. On the same side is a head with wash basin, shower and toilet. To port is a cabin with two berths. The saloon contains a dining seat to port and a TV seat to starboard. The galley is fitted to port and the navigation centre and walk through to the aft cabin are fitted to starboard. In the walk through is a big hatch to reach the engine for service and the generator is fitted to starboard in a well insulated box. The aft cabin contains a large double and lots of storage room and an en-suite head fitted to starboard. |

Galley
The "U" shaped galley has a "Corian" worktop with a 220 L top loaded fridge and a top loaded freezer of the same size and a toploaded storage. She has a Taylor 041 two rings cooker with grill. Stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressurised water system with an 80 L boiler heated by engine and 230 V shore power/generator.

Electrical
The complete board system is 24 V. All batteries are replaced April 2005. 2x start 135 Ah. 6x Domestic 135 Ah = 405 Ah by 24 V and 1 generator battery 12 V 135 Ah. The generator is a HFL 12 kVA Diesel. Te Sea Fresh Double membrane watermaker is good for 16 Gal. or 72 L per Hour. She has shore power, navigation lights, deck lighting.
