Advancing years force the sale of this much loved yacht.

The LM 27 is a popular motorsailer from LM of Denmark, highly regarded for its sailing performance and seakeeping qualities. Little used in recent years, Elisa III has the benefit of a recent complete hull treatment, a 35hp Volvo engine, and an extensive inventory.

Currently ashore in Port Mahon, Menorca.

Construction:
Off white GRP hull, deck and superstucture.
Encapsulated long keel.
Full osmosis treatment in 2006 with 5 year warranty.
Enclosed wheelhouse with inside wheel steering and external cockpit with tiller steering.
Semi-balanced rudder.



Engine & Tanks:
Volvo Penta MD17C 35hp inboard marine diesel, with conventional gearbox and shaft.
Single lever engine controls in wheelhouse.
12v domestic electrical system also used for engine starting, comprising two batteries charged by engine driven alternator and by battery charger.
Shorepower system.
GRP diesel tank capacity 25 gallons approx.
GRP water tank capacity 25 gallons approx.



Spars & Sails:
Masthead rigged, single spreader, anodized aluminium mast and boom.
Stainless steel standing rigging (replaced April 1998).
Headsail furling system.
In-mast reefing mainsail (replaced in 1996).
Roller furling genoa (replaced in 1996).
Sail reefing controls led aft to cockpit.



Deck Equipment:
Stainless steel pulpit, pushpit and double guardrails.
Self-tailing winches.
Electric anchor windlass, bow anchor and chain.
Kedge anchor.



Navigation Equipment:
Steering compass.
Magellan GPS NAV DLX 10.
Lawrance X 70A fishfinder/depth sounder.
Autohelm wheeldrive unit with new ST3000 controller.
Sailor radio and VHF.
Clock and barometer.



Accommodation:
Up to 6 berths in 2 cabins.
Teak woodwork throughout.
Fore cabin with forward vee berth converting with infill to double.
Folding door to:
Saloon with two settee berths each side of central folding table.
Ample storage lockers, wine cabinet and under berth stowage.
Both settee berths can be made to double berths if required.
Approximately 6’ plus headroom in saloon.
Heads compartment with sea toilet and sliding wash hand basin.
Wheelhouse with helm position to starboard with wheel steering, helmsman's seat, engine controls and instrumentation.
To port in the wheelhouse is the galley with gas hob, stainless steel sink, nearby refrigerator, along with ample stowage for galley utensils, including original glassware and melamine tableware.
Cockpit with tiller steering, providing additional living space in harbour with ample seating for six around the extending, folding cockpit table.
Light coloured internal upholstery and cockpit cushions.

Mooring warps and fenders.
Summer cockpit canopy.
Winter cockpit cover (new).
Deck shower.
Three-seater inflatable dinghy and 3.5 hp Tohatsu outboard.
