Trintella III Ketch
A CLASSIC YACHT WITH LARGE OCEAN-GOING KIT - The Trintella III is a classic long-keel yacht designed by the world-renowed designer Van de Stadt of Holland. She is a centre cockpit ketch which can accommodate upto 6 people but which can easily sailed by just two. In fact a previous owner undertook a single-handed crossing of the Atlantic and she has proved her ability on many bluewater cruises. In fact her extensive inventory includes a large ocean-going kit, EPIRB, life-raft and SSb rado so she is ideal for long ocean cruises. Strongly built and well-laid out her current owners describe her as "a dream to sail". She is powered by a 49hp Perkins diesel engine (a 1981 model) and has a full sail wardrobe. She has all modern navigational aids and amenities including GPS, Hydrovane self-steering, a solar generator and full safety equipment. Onboard there are six berths in two cabins and the convertible saloon. She is attractively finished with a classic teak interior and there is a fully equipped galley and heads compartment with shower. This yacht has been very well-maintained and is in very good condition throughout. A February 2007 survey report is available and her extensive inventory place her above many similar vessels currently available - an early viewing is highly recommended.
