Vitesse Vision 35
This deck saloon yacht is to a design by LM Yachts of Denmark and was built in 1998 by MFH Marine.

She is well presented, has spacious accommodation and an excellent specification.

Construction:
GRP hull.
Fin keel, bolted on cast iron ellipse with torpedo.
Skeg rudder.
Aft cockpit with tiller steering.



Engine & Tanks:
Volvo 50hp diesel engine with approximately 950 hours, with Volvo 3 bladed folding propellor.
Fuel consumption 2 litres per hour approximately.
Annually serviced by Volspec.
Spare 2 bladed folding propeller.
3 batteries - two x 12v 90 Ah, one 12 volt 90Ah dedicated engine start (one new 2003 and the others are original).
Fuel – 150 litres capacity.
Water – 200 litres capacity.



Spars & Sails:
Sloop rig.
Silver anodised aluminium mast and boom made by Nordic.
Sails:
Genoa, 35m² - Furlex roller reefing system – original.
Mainsail 24.1m² with battens, double line reefing to cockpit – original.



Deck Equipment:
Stainless steel pulpit and pushpit. Stainless steel stanchions with double guard wires.
Anchor windlass.
Anchor with 50m of chain.
Navigation lights.
Steaming light.
Boarding ladder.
Winches:
Four in the cockpit.
2 x FA46 ST by Anderson.
2 x FA 28 by Anderson.



Navigation Equipment:
Raytheon swivel mounted radar.
Raytheon ST6000 Plus autopilot which has control unit for inside helming + gear lever.
Autohelm Seatalk ST50 Plus multi.
Garmin GPS 128.
Navtex Nav 4 Plus.



Accommodation:
Six berths in three cabins.
Forecabin has a double mattress and triangular insert, cushioned seat.
Storage under mattress and seat.
A double hanging locker with shelf above and shelving at cabin sides.
Saloon has a dinette and nicely appointed galley with fridge and gas cooker with oven and 3 burners.
Storage lockers under and behind cushioned seats.
Full standing room generally.
Heads with shower and electric pump out and Jabsco marine toilet with holding tank, deck pump out, electric and hand pumps.
There are cupboards under the basin and sliding door wall cupboards.
The aft cabin has a double mattress with shelving and cupboards.
Opening hatch to cockpit for emergencies.
Double hanging locker in passageway to aft cabin.
Lighting consists of Halogen lights, double to fore and aft cabins.
Ceiling halogen to saloon.
Chart/dining table with night light above.
The cockpit has 2 large lockers, a cockpit table with glass holder.
Extension pieces to seating and foam rubber cushions.



Extra Equipment:
Beaufort 6 person liferaft, annually serviced by Suffolk sailing.
2 x lifebuoys.
2 jackstays.
Clock.
Pioneer radio and CD.
Gas detector.
Electric and manual bilge pumps.
2 x fire extinguishers + Fire blanket.
Windscreen wipers.
Warps and fenders.
Shore power including lead and battery charger.
Eberspacher heating.
