The H22 Sports Boat was designed by the renowned British Architect Rob Humphreys.
The H22 is a very simple and fast boat to sail and thanks to the retractable keel and the light weight of the boat, the H22 can fit behind any car and be easily launched from ramp or hoist.
This version of the H22 was professionally built by ourselves in 2000, to Rob's design. She is fully sealed with West System Epoxy, and filled, faired and spray painted with Awlgrip Paint System. Pentex main, Jib & brand new Hyde furling jib incorporating vertical battens set on below deck Harken furler system. Assymetric spinnaker set off retractable carbon bowsprit for easy gybing and exhilarating performance- Max. speed to date 18Knots! Conventional spinnacker & carbon spinnacker pole included giving you an optional sail plan depending on racecourse. Alloy Formula mast & chrome bronze rig screws mounted on stainless hinged deck plate making mast stepping & rig set up convienent, Carbon tiller & epoxy sheathed cedar rudder, Stainless pushpit, pulpit & stancions, Spectra halyards, Harken deck gear. No expense spared. Dry sailed thoughout summer & stored under cover each winter.
Lifting keel combined with light trailing weight allows you to tow and launch with a family saloon.
Powerful rig & sail plan, yet easily controlled from the accomodating, self-draining cockpit(2-6 Crew) thanks to her form stablity & wide beam.
